Loris Dalle Nogare
Born in 1977, graduated in mechanics, a long series of courses and masterclasses followed in Italy and abroad in Kaizen, 5S, QRM and Six Sigma.
I am passionate about reading, pizza (with experience as a pizza chef behind me) and sporting activities in various areas. I started working when I was young until I managed the departments and productions of multinational companies in Europe.
Several important multi-million dollar projects managed have provided me with a wealth of first-level international knowledge and experience. Always committed to change, my motto is: “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing every day and expecting different results.” Of note in the past years are some inventions in the goldsmith field and brilliant resolutions of stagnant situations in the international context. On a professional level, I can say that I received the most important training over the years working on industrial plants for white art. Passionate about travel, I love learning and increasing my linguistic knowledge. My passion for real estate development is embarrassing.
Mirko Dalle Nogare
Born in 1974, Mechanical Expert, Degree in Civil Engineering for Structures, MBA in Finance & Banking and specialization courses in Project Financing, Private Equity & Venture Capital.
More than 20 years of global experience in more than 55 countries, also covering senior positions in multinational companies.
Great experience in the design of industrial structures and plants (such as cement factories, steelworks, mines & quarries, OIL & GAS), installation and testing.
High risk appetite with proven experience of working in adverse situations with management and resolution of crisis/conflict situations.
Ambassador of Personal Continuous Development, with a great passion for the real estate development of niche properties.
Leo Carnevale
Born in Switzerland, graduated in Microtechnical Engineering, he has enjoyed rapid professional growth with increasingly managerial roles in international companies for more than 20 years now.
The work pushed him to move operationally to Asia where he has lived and worked for over 15 years covering Executive and C-level roles.
Leo has completed his training over the years with various sales courses (Miller-Heiman), micro and macro economics (University of Pennsylvania), leadership (La Sorbonne, Paris).
During 2023 he decided to join Dalle Nogare.group by opening EPCM.expert Asia where, with his long-time friend Mirko Dalle Nogare, they operate on international markets.
As often happens, a great business partnership is born from a great friendship.

Albert Sachs
With 30+ years of experience worldwide in more than 27 countries, Albert is managing the company and performing his tasks including Project Coordination, Production Planning, and Strategic Sourcing Planning.
His bouquet of degrees including Master Degree in Steel Fabrication, Bachelor Professional and Master Professional in Technical Business and Administration, Master Degree in Welding, International Welding Specialist, NDT Specialist and many other certificates.
Over the last 30 Years he was executing Projects for the mining and material handling industry, during this time he participated to some of the biggest mining and petro chemical Projects ever realized like Baffinland, Ruwais for ADNOC, Yanbu for Saudi Aramco and many others more.
Currently, the company is executing projects in different countries e.g. Abu Dhabi, Peru and Marokko
